Our best friend “K-man” ( not our son “K-man, but their Birthday are the same!!! How nice.) He told me about this bagels a few days ago. I’ve never heard about it before. So I tried to make them, and I like the taste. The above is the first time to make and the below is the second time ones. I heard that his wife likes to spread some cream cheese on it, so we tried that, too. Yum! Thanks, K-man!!    (BTW I used red fife and turkey red flour for those bagels. The texture is great, but less volume of corse (~_~;)

アメリカ人の親友に教えてもらった “エブリシングベーグル”？なにそれ？何がエブリシングなの？今まで知りませんでした~。で、作ってみました。おっ、けっこうイケる！粉は取り寄せたばかり(また後日紹介します) のヘリテージフラワーレッドファイフとターキーレッドを使って作りました。好きな食感！けど、やはりボリュームは出にくいな~。一緒に映ってるのは、古代小麦とヘリテージフラワーを使ったリッチなパン。焼けたのは軽い食感で消化が良さそうなパン。カラダにもよさそー。
